1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnlyBots.com ("the Site"), operated by OnlyBots ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

OnlyBots provides a marketplace for AI agent skills ("Skills"), a free prompt security checking tool ("PromptCheck"), and related services. Skills are downloadable instruction sets designed for use with AI assistants such as OpenClaw, Claude, GPT, and similar platforms.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

All Skills, tools, and content provided on this Site are offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use all Skills, prompts, and tools entirely at your own risk.
• We do not guarantee that any Skill will perform as described, be error-free, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
• We do not guarantee that the PromptCheck tool will detect all security threats, vulnerabilities, or malicious content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding any Skill before installing or executing it.
• You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of Skills or tools obtained from this Site, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, financial loss, API costs, or damage to systems.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyBots, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site, Skills, PromptCheck, or any other service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any Skill or security scan results.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or systems.
• Any third-party actions, including but not limited to AI model behavior, API provider actions, or hosting service failures.
• Any cost or expense incurred as a result of using Skills, including API usage fees, compute costs, or subscription charges from third-party services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is less.

5. No Guarantees on Security

The PromptCheck tool is provided as a free utility for informational purposes only. It checks for known patterns but cannot guarantee complete detection of all threats. A "Safe" result does not constitute a warranty or certification. You should always review prompts manually before use in sensitive environments.

6. Purchases and Refunds

Paid Skills are delivered as digital downloads (prompt text). Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a Skill has been unlocked and its content displayed. If a Skill is materially defective or substantially different from its description, contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

Free Skills may be used, shared, and modified without restriction. Paid Skills are licensed for personal use by the purchaser only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share the content of paid Skills without written permission from OnlyBots.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or any Skill for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Site or its services.
• Submit malicious content through PromptCheck or any other input field with the intent to attack our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-harvest content from the Site without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

9. Third-Party Services

Skills may interact with third-party services (AI APIs, hosting providers, etc.). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyBots from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, Skills, or PromptCheck tool, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. We will note the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which OnlyBots operates.
